Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how PsyFi Technologies ("PsyFi", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on ordisio.com and within the Ordísio web application.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to provide anonymous analytics about how people use a site. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixels.
2. How we use cookies
On ordisio.com and in the Ordísio web app, we use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your Ordísio account.
- Provide basic security and prevent fraudulent activity.
- Remember preferences such as theme or other UI settings.
- Understand how the site and product are used so we can improve them.
We do not use third-party advertising pixels to target ads across other websites from within the app.
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for Ordísio to function. Without them you would not be able to log in, maintain a session, or submit forms securely. Because they are essential, you cannot opt out of them through our cookie tools (though you can block them in your browser, which may break the site).
3.2 Performance and analytics cookies
We use analytics to understand how people use Ordísio. This helps us make better design decisions, prioritize features, and track reliability at a high level. Analytics data is generally pseudonymous and aggregated.
Analytics may include information such as:
- Which pages you visit and how long you stay.
- Which buttons or features you interact with (for example, starting a focus session or using brain dumps).
- Basic device attributes such as browser type and screen size.
- Approximate location based on IP address (for example, city or region), where permitted by law.
3.3 Preference cookies
Preference cookies and localStorage entries remember choices you make, such as visual theme (light or dark) and other UI options, so that the product feels consistent across visits.
4. Third-party tools and domains
We use a small number of trusted third-party tools that set cookies or use similar technologies:
- Sentry analytics and monitoring – We use Sentry to collect product analytics and monitor performance so we can detect crashes and fix bugs. Sentry may use localStorage or similar browser storage to associate events with a session. We configure Sentry not to send default PII.
- Stripe – On checkout pages, Stripe may use its own cookies and local storage as part of providing secure payment processing and fraud detection. We do not control Stripe's cookies; they are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policies.
5. Your choices and controls
You have several options for controlling cookies:
- Browser settings – Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, or set rules on a per-site basis. Doing so may affect how Ordísio functions.
- Privacy tools – You can use browser extensions or built-in tracking protection to limit analytics and other non-essential cookies.
- Product settings – Where we provide in-product toggles for analytics or similar features, those choices will be respected in addition to your browser settings.
Even if you choose to block analytics cookies, you will still be able to use the core product, though we may have less information about how to improve it.
6. Relationship to our Privacy Policy
This Cookie Policy is part of the Ordísio Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail how we process personal data, including data collected via cookies and similar technologies. If there is a conflict between this Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls for matters of data protection.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or change analytics tools or payment providers. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
If you have questions about our use of cookies or this Policy, you can contact us at support@ordisio.com.
