Terms of Service
Last updated: December 7, 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ordísio, the ADHD-first productivity platform operated by PsyFi Technologies ("PsyFi", "we", "us", "our"). By using Ordísio you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Ordísio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Ordísio. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use many features of Ordísio, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
- Notifying us promptly at support@ordisio.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 License
Subject to these Terms, PsyFi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Ordísio for your personal or internal business purposes.
4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others, or encourage others to do so.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, for example by overloading the system or abusing APIs.
- Use Ordísio to store or process protected health information or other highly sensitive data unless you have a separate written agreement with us that explicitly allows this.
4.3 Beta Features
We may designate certain features as beta, preview, or experimental. These features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time and are provided "as is".
5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Ordísio offers free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and in-app.
5.1 Free Tier and Trials
The free tier includes limited access, such as a capped number of brain dumps per month and no access to certain integrations. We may offer time-limited free trials of paid plans. Trial eligibility and duration are described at sign-up. At the end of a trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel as described in the offer.
5.2 Web Subscriptions (Stripe)
If you subscribe via the web, payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your web subscription through the in-app billing section or the Stripe customer portal.
5.3 In-App Purchases (Apple and Google)
On iOS and Android, subscriptions may be purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, typically via RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for these purchases are governed by the respective store's terms. You can manage or cancel these subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
5.4 Renewals, Price Changes, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. We may change prices or plan features and will provide notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree with a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
Ordísio, including all software, designs, logos, branding, and content (other than User Content), is owned by or licensed to PsyFi and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not grant you any rights in or to our intellectual property.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Ordísio, including tasks, brain dumps, notes, and other materials ("User Content"). You grant PsyFi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and create derivative works from your User Content:
- To provide and improve the Service for you.
- To generate AI-based suggestions, summaries, and insights for you.
- To create anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you personally.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
7. Privacy
Your use of Ordísio is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we will process personal data in accordance with that Policy.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Ordísio integrates with third-party services such as Google Gmail and Calendar, OpenAI, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and analytics providers. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and you use them at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordísio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage.
Ordísio is a productivity tool, not a medical or mental health service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated suggestions, summaries, and classifications may not be accurate or appropriate in every situation, and you remain responsible for how you use them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsyFi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50 if you use the free tier.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PsyFi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Ordísio at any time and, where available, close your account via settings. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your subscription remains unpaid, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete or retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PsyFi Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update Ordísio and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any other legal notices referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and PsyFi regarding Ordísio.
If you have questions about these Terms, you can contact us at support@ordisio.com.
